The challenge

nlightencx is a heavy hitter in the customer experience game—working with the kind of brands that don’t mess around. But their website? Let’s just say it wasn’t quite keeping up. I designed, developed, and restructured the entire site from the ground up—starting with their messaging. Because you can’t design what you can’t define, right?

Strategic, Story-First Copy
The old content felt like it had been written by a committee (because it had). I rewrote everything to sound sharp, human, and deeply aligned with what their clients actually care about. No fluff. No filler. Just clarity, confidence, and a healthy dose of “we know our sh*t.”

Bold, Corporate-Ready Design
Big type. Bold visuals. Clean, white space that lets the message breathe. The site design balances sophistication with just enough edge to stand out in a sea of sameness. It looks—and feels—like a consultancy at the top of its game.

Structure That Converts
I reimagined the site architecture to flow like a client journey—clear CTAs, simplified service breakdowns, and a spotlight on CX Masterclass. Every click is intentional. Every scroll moves you closer to a “hell yes.”

The Quiz, Unleashed
Now for the secret weapon: the custom-built quiz. On the old site, it was hidden in a paragraph like a shy intern. But I dug into the data and saw it was their highest-converting lead magnet—so I rebuilt it, styled it to match the new vibe, and gave it pride of place in the main nav and a stylish popup. Now it’s doing what it should’ve been doing all along: converting curious visitors into actual leads.

Mobile-First. SEO-Smart. Client-Ready.
This site doesn’t just look good—it performs. Fully responsive, lightning fast, and built with SEO best practices baked into every page. Because good design should never come at the cost of visibility.
