With a recent brand makeover, the client needed a new website that would inspire entrepreneurs to sign-up for as a franchisee. The new website needed to be inspiring, informational and easily navigable. It also needed to be able to scale to work across multiple touchpoints. We began by interviewing the client to understand the new brand positioning and how they were going to scale their business. This uncovered key insights that would be used throughout the design process.
Web Design and Development: Creating a user-friendly and user-orientated layout was a priority for this website, and I did just that with high-quality and easy-to-navigate content layouts. I achieved this by combining a robust CMS infrastructure with appealing product images, user-friendly filters and seamless animation. I also used the WordPress CMS to provide users with a seamless web experience.
SEO: To boost the number of visitors from search engines, I researched user search behaviour and identified the exact wording of the search queries relevant to the client’s website. In addition, I created a detailed keyword research plan which highlighted all possible keywords that could be used. Based on this analysis and data, I optimised the website’s content and aligned it to the new website design. This ensured that the website was optimised for human and search engine visitors.
