Chronodesk, a forward-thinking technology company based in South Africa, found itself at a crossroads. Its old website, once a proud digital face of the company, had become a relic of the past. It looked child-like and failed to reflect the sophistication and professionalism that Chronodesk had grown into. This misalignment was a significant concern for the company, as it was striving to appeal to a larger, more influential market. They needed a website that would not only capture their vibrant spirit but also command respect and trust from their audience.

The solution

Recognising the gravity of the situation, Chronodesk embarked on a mission to revitalise its online presence. They enlisted the help of their internal graphic designer to craft a new look. I joined the design process early on, offering guidance to ensure that the design would translate seamlessly into a functional, user-friendly website.

I aimed for a clean, modern aesthetic with subtle animations and brighter colours to breathe new life into the site. The design needed to be scalable, capable of growing alongside the business. Once the client approved the design, it was handed over to me for development.

Using WordPress and the Divi Theme Builder, I brought the design to life. My task was to ensure that the website was not only visually appealing but also easy for Chronodesk to manage post-launch. The desktop design was meticulously adapted for tablets and mobile devices, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all screen sizes. By closely managing the project and adhering to timelines, I successfully launched the new website on schedule.
